1. No controlling other characters. 2. No killing other characters unless you have permission. 3. No powergaming. 4. Keep magic to a minimum. Only two powers per character, with the exception of Mistoffelees. 5. If the character isn't played for a month, then the character will be taken off the taken/made up list. 6. No being in two places at once.
